Domestic Shipping

RINI's business operating hours are 8am-6pm EST Monday to Friday. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on Friday after 5pm EST, the order will be processed the following Monday.

 International Shipping

We have currently suspended our international shipping destinations due to extreme delays and increased duties/customs at most destinations.

***COVID-19 update: Due to increased issues with carriers delivering packages internationally with supply/shipping constraints, we have opted to only ship domestically in the US at this time. We will continue to evaluate the international shipping options of all carriers as things begin to get better.

Order Confirmation and Status

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the order shipment.

If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email from us, please check your junk email folder and see if you have provided the correct email address upon checkout. You are always welcome to contact us at hello@rinikids.com should you have any questions.

Shipping Address Policy

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to hello@rinikids.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing the order yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order is already processed or in transit, you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via UPS tracking link provided.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Package Insurance

Rini is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items during transit. Please be sure to ship to a secure address upon checkout.

Route Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. For more info, please visit Route. To file a claim? Click Here.

Route Package Protection is available to add to any order and is highly recommended as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. If you opt out of the package protection, any damaged, lost, or stolen items will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Import Taxes and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order has shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Rini is not responsible for any import duties or taxes associated with receiving your order. Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In rare occasions customs may delay delivery of some packages.

In any case the customer refuses or rejects the package from the customs, Rini will not be responsible for reshipping or refunding orders including shipping fees.

Backorders and Preorders

If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
