If you would like to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to hello@rinikids.com with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” as soon as possible. Please note, it is only possible to cancel your order, if our warehouse has not entered the shipment processing state.

Please note that once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to it unless the order hasn’t entered the shipment processing state. A new order will need to be placed and the original order cancelled as per policy.

If there are no sizes available, the product is out of stock. However, we do stock new items weekly, so be sure to check back soon.

If you haven't received an order confirmation, it could be due to these reasons:

- Your order has not been approved yet.

- Your order confirmation email could have been caught in your junk email folder.

- There is a spelling mistake in your email address. Please contact our customer service at hello@rinikids.com and we will re-send you your order confirmation.

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to hello@rinikids.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing the order yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order is already processed or in transit, you are welcome to adjust the delivery address via UPS tracking link provided.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Upon confirmation of your order, processing time will take 2-3 business days.

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS

We currently ship from New Jersey.

Unfortunetely, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Also, if an order is placed on Friday after 5pm EST, the order will be processed the following Monday.

We have currently suspended our international shipping destinations due to extreme delays and increased duties/customs at most destinations.

**COVID-19 update: Due to increased issues with carriers delivering packages internationally with supply/shipping constraints, we have opted to only ship to the US and Canada at this time. We will continue to evaluate the international shipping options of all carriers as things begin to get better.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk email folder and see if you have provided the correct e-mail address upon checkout. Rini is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items during transit. Please be sure to ship to a secure address upon checkout.

Route Package Protection is available to add to any order and is highly recommended as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. If you opt out of the package protection, any damaged, lost, or stolen items will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about a product, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please note all items may be returned if it has been:



-With original tags and packaging intact

-Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange. Please note, sizes and styles sell out fast, so it’s best to purchase as soon as possible when they are available.

*Promotional/sale item(s) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All SALES ARE FINAL.

*Restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns that are over $100.

Yes. We do offer free domestic returns.

The refund will automatically take place within 14 days after we receive your return parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


If you have received a wrong order or product, please contact us at hello@rinikids.com with your order number and a product image and we will look into the matter.

If you are missing some of the products you have ordered, it could be due to these reasons:

- If products listed in your shipping confirmation email are missing, then there has been a packing mistake from our side and you are welcome to contact us at hello@rinikids.com. We will be happy to assist you in fulfilling those missing item(s).

- If products you ordered are not listed in your shipping confirmation email, unfortunately our warehouse could not complete your order due to a stock discrepancy. This also means that payment was taken only for the items sent.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with one of our products.

Please send us an email to hello@rinikids.com with the subject line “PRODUCT COMPLAINT” including your order number and product info you are experiencing issues with. We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible and resolve it within a few business days.


The same size could have a different fit for every child; therefore, we always recommend that you follow our size guide, which can be found next to each product page or here.

We do sometimes have a promotion where we offer 10% discount on your first purchase after signing up to our newsletter. If you cannot find this campaign on our website, then it is currently not available.

We do not currently offer gift services for products purchased from our online shop. We would like to offer a gift service to our customers in the near future and our team is currently looking into different possibilities.
