Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to hello@rinikids.com with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order fulfillment systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Can I edit my order?

Please note that once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes if it has already entered the shipping process. A new order will need to be placed and the original order cancelled as per policy.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about an item, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after items have been used or washed.

Please note all items may be returned if it has been:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange. Please note, sizes and styles sell out fast, so it’s best to purchase as soon as possible when they are available.

*Promotional/sale item(s) and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All SALES ARE FINAL.

*Restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns that are over $100 unless the products have defects or damages.

How to Return item(s)

We offer a complimentary domestic return service.

*International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by RINI.

*No receipt is necessary when returning. All we need with the package is a return label, note including the order number, and name associated with the order. Record of sale is required for items to be return-eligible.

You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Warranty Info

In the case that there is an issue related to a defect or damage on any of the products you receive, please notify us at hello@rinikids.com within 7 days of the receipt of your shipment.

Items used or washed are not eligible for returns or exchanges when any defect is related to standard product wear and tear.

We will accommodate complimentary domestic return service for any items that are damaged or may have a defect.

Refund Policy

The return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

The refund will automatically take place within 5-7 business days after we receive your return parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
